Some school flashback projects

Here are just some pictures to help me keep track of some of Jaylyn’s school projects the last few months.

DSC_0513We had fun with the solar system.  Jaylyn really gets into science!

We used felt to make some “close-to-scale” planets to practice order of planets.

DSC_0805Leighton’s creation of “something”

DSC_0806Adley’s “Luther Rose”

DSC_0808Jaylyn’s “Luther Rose”

The pictures and colors represent different things:

  • Black cross—Jesus died for our sins on the cross
  • Red heart—We have new hearts and desires by faith
  • White rose—We have peace with God
  • Blue Sky—We have new life that begins now
  • Gold Ring—We have eternal life in heaven.

DSC_0225She pretty much used most of the jar over time.  She made a lot of cinnamon toast and grilled cheese with that butter.
