Jaylyn is NINE!  Jaylyn knows how to celebrate too.  :-)  We had a day of fun for sure!

Adley’s Teeth

Flashback: Adley got glasses

Back before school started, we took Adley to get an eye exam and it was discovered that she had extreme far-sightedness.  So, glasses it is!  She was actually pretty excited and didn’t like having to wait for them to come in after we ordered them.  :-)  She picked out two pairs. . . one pinkish/purple and the other red. The pink ones were her favorite in the store, but now the red seems to be her favorite.

Flashback: Commissioned

We were excited to venture to Tennessee to see our sweet friends at their commissioning service. 

I also got to see my old friend, Amy-Jo and her cute new baby!  She works at the church where the service was.

Here we are!  We were a bit ragged from our “quick” trip to Nashville for the service, but did not regret being a part of such an amazing service!

Flashback: B-I-B-L-E!

Here is another flashback . . . This one is to Mother’s Day.  Our church will present Bibles to the kiddos who have turned five that year.  This year was Adley’s turn!  I was in the hospital after having Leighton when it was Jaylyn’s turn, so it was nice to be there for this one at least.  :-)
