Our Little Stinker

Adley is at a fun stage. She is hilarious, and yet she is also ornery. She spends most of her day starting to do something she is not supposed to do, and waiting until you see her - then giving a BIG smile. Her favorite is holding her food off the tray until you look at her, sometimes she drops it and sometimes she brings it back and eats it. She also loves chucking her cup off of the tray. Yesterday, she had a magnet from the fridge and stuck it in her mouth and held it there until I looked at her. I took it away, of course. She couldn't find any other magnets in her reach so she just started licking the fridge. While licking, she had her eyes on me waiting to see what I would do.


She also loves stuffing as many snacks in her mouth as she can. The other day we videoed her eating"puffs". They melt in your mouth quickly, but she put them in her mouth one at a time in lightning speed until her mouth was absolutely full, then right away asked for more, "Puff!?" Of course, her mouth was full so it sounded more like, "MUUUF?" She eats goldfish the same way, so you definitely have to give her just a couple at a time. But, she isn't very patient waiting on the next bites. She is immediately begging for them. If she does get a handful in her mouth, you usually have to dig most of them out because she just sits there with her mouth full like a chipmunk and orange goo eventually starts running out of her mouth. Yum!
